I have been involved with the scouts my whole life, initially as a member and later as a monitor. Upon becoming a leader, my first role was as the financial officer, a position I held for three years. As shared head of the organisation, my primary focus within the team was to ensure that everyone's voice was heard and every vote counted. I actively engaged with other organizations, fostering mutual assistance and collaboration. As the responsible party for the scouts, effective communication with both members and the external world was a key aspect, underlining the importance of respect within our organization.
